Job Description

Customer ServiceDo you have excellent Customer Service skills, good phone skills, Communication skills?  Take a look at this opportunity!

Will act as a liason between Customers and Manufacturing in order to ensure excellent customer service standards and maintain customer satisfaction.
Communication with customers via telephone, email or fax. Develop and maintain customer interface and support to insure that this company is the preferred supplier.

  • Communicate internally with other departments as needed in a professional manner at all times.
  • Order Processing
  • Quote Processing
  • Customer and Internal interaction
  • Product knowledge
  • Good Basic Math skills
  • Computer skills-Intermediate Word, Excel and strong 10-key by touch skills

3-5 years related experience in a Manufacturing environment required….Temp to Hire/$13.00-$15.00 hour/8am- 5pm

Required education: High school or equivalent

Required experience: Customer Service and Order Processing  within a Manufacturer: 3 years  minimum
